Background
Academic Services plays a key role in supporting the educational mission of City St George's, delivering professional, responsive and effective academic administration across the University. As a member of the Central Exams Team, you will assist in delivering centrally administered examinations, ensuring secure, fair and efficient assessment processes. Working closely with academic and professional services colleagues, you will be responsible for examination delivery across multiple campuses and providing excellent service to colleagues and students.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of centrally administered examinations, ensuring all assessment processes are accurate, secure and compliant with University regulations.
- Manage examination logistics, including venue preparation, exam materials, digital systems, reasonable adjustments and invigilator coordination.
- Provide advice and support to students and staff.
- Maintain examination records.
- Resolve operational issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across campuses to deliver an efficient, high-quality examinations service.
Person Specification
- You will have experience delivering a customer-focused administrative or operational service, ideally within higher education.
- You can manage competing priorities and meet fixed deadlines, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- You apply procedures accurately.
- You handle confidential information responsibly.
- You are comfortable learning new systems and working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of assessment regulations is advantageous.

Additional Information
This role is hybrid and across the year the role has approximately 60% time on campus, as per City St. George’s guidelines. During peak periods the team are required on the relevant campus to support exams. This is primarily during the January, May and August exam periods in Clerkenwell. Flexibility is required throughout the remainder of the year to support exams outside these periods.
Two roles are available. One is based on the Tooting campus, and one is based on the Clerkenwell campus.
