Salaried GP | 4 to 8 Sessions | South Oxfordshire | Up to £13,000 per Session | Exceptional Work Life Balance

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected, forward-thinking GP practice in South Oxfordshire. Due to continued growth and increasing patient demand, the practice is looking to appoint a Salaried GP for between 4 and 8 sessions per week.

Offering a package of up to £13,000 per session, this is an opportunity to join a genuinely supportive practice that places clinician wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. Workloads are carefully managed, administrative burden is minimized, and you'll be surrounded by an experienced multidisciplinary team that enables you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to £13,000 per session depending on experience

The Practice

  • Approximately 12 to 14 patients per session
  • Protected administration time every day
  • Most home visits covered by a dedicated visiting service
  • Weekly CPD and clinical meetings
  • Experienced multidisciplinary team including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and First Contact Physiotherapists
  • Mentoring available throughout every stage of your career
  • Streamlined clinical administration with pre-coded Docman
