Exceptional Technical Talent – AI, Engineering & Technology

Austin, TX | Onsite

Open to people open to relocating to Austin - Visa sponsorship is offered

We’re looking for exceptional technical individuals to join a fast-growing AI technology company tackling complex, real-world engineering problems. This search is different. Your specific job title or years of experience matter less than evidence that you are genuinely exceptional.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • An outstanding academic background from a top-tier university.
  • A degree, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, AI or a related discipline.
  • Olympiad medals, academic prizes, scholarships or prestigious awards.
  • Success in competitive programming, hackathons or technical competitions.
  • Exceptional research, publications or academic achievements.
  • Built impressive side projects, start ups, open-source projects or technically ambitious products.
  • A track record of solving difficult problems and learning incredibly quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
