We’re exclusively partnering with a major Business Services organisation to appoint an experienced Interim HR Lead for a significant workforce transformation programme.
We’re looking for a senior HR professional who really understands unionised workforces, collective consultation and complex changes to terms and conditions.
We’re looking for:
- Significant senior HR experience within a large, complex organisation
- Strong trade union and collective consultation experience
- Expertise across terms & conditions, pay & reward, working hours, shifts, leave and employee relations
- Experience delivering large-scale workforce transformation and modernisation
- Strong knowledge of UK employment practices
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex people risks, governance and implementation

Contract: 6–12 months, potentially extending to 18 months

Location: Predominantly remote with occasional office travel
Day rate: Inside IR35 – competitive day rate
