Escape the standard hospital environment. Become an Exclusive Maritime VIP Nurse in Preston and sail the Mediterranean delivering premier 1:1 patient care.
Leave conventional clinical settings behind for an unparalleled journey across the sea. We are sourcing an elite, adventurous healthcare provider for a permanent vacancy, delivering uninterrupted 1:1 medical attention to an 80-year-old high-profile individual.
This role replaces ward rounds with ocean voyages aboard a stunning private yacht and stays at luxurious estates. Expect your daily practice to feature spectacular Mediterranean backdrops, encompassing Marbella, the Algarve, Mallorca, the Côte d’Azur, Monaco, Ibiza, and Greece. While the destinations are breathtaking, your clinical execution must be flawless. Your core obligations will involve orchestrating complex medical coordination, expertly managing medication schedules, and continuously monitoring chronic health indicators. You will experience ultimate peace of mind knowing our protocols demand overlapping double-nurse shifts—meaning you are always accompanied by a qualified peer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
