We have received an exclusive instruction from a leading international energy and resources company in London for a Corporate Energy Lawyer to join in a broad commercially-focused role.

The role will be to offer key commercial and legal support to the company's international portfolio of assets, which cover energy and projects matters in emerging markets including oil and gas and other natural resources developments.

Suitable candidates should be working in the Corporate Energy / Infrastructure team at an international law firm in London, with at least 3-4 years of PQE and excellent academics.

The new hire will be joining an entrepreneurial and dynamic company that will offer the new hire the opportunity to take on a high level of responsibility, and meaningful commercial involvement in the day-to-day running of the business.
