A highly discreet ultra-high-net-worth principal is seeking an authoritative, meticulously confidential clinician to act as the sole custodian of their private health. This permanent, full-time appointment is designed for a medical leader who thrives in an environment of total clinical autonomy, far removed from the red tape of standard healthcare systems.
Tasked with the continuous, uncompromised care of the principal and their inner circle during extended luxury sea voyages, you will deliver world-class tailored healthcare. Your operational map will follow the client's elite Mediterranean itinerary, requiring strategic medical oversight in exclusive jurisdictions such as Italy, the Greek Islands, Monaco, Marbella, the Algarve, Mallorca, and Ibiza.

Requirements
- Academic Origin: Medical degrees must be certified and recognized by authoritative bodies in Ireland, the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia.
- Post-Specialty Experience: You must demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years functioning as a fully qualified specialist in an independent capacity.
- Specialized Scope: Formal board certification or equivalent in Internal Medicine, General Practice/Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine is strictly mandated.
- Communication Mastery: Impeccable English is required to navigate complex and sensitive medical discussions with ultimate discretion.
