Are you an ambitious Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant looking to take the next step in your career?
We're working with a highly successful international Film & Production company to recruit a proactive and personable Exec Assistant to support a Senior Executive. This is a rare opportunity to join a creative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This is far more than diary management. You'll become a trusted right-hand support, managing a diverse workload across business and personal matters while ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
The Role
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive support across a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel (including occasional international travel)
- Managing invoices, expenses and day-to-day administration
- Assisting with both business and personal arrangements
- Supporting projects, research and ad hoc requests
- Acting as a highly organised and dependable point of contact
- Anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are managed efficiently

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure and loves being the person who makes everything happen.
You'll have:
- 3-5 years' experience within an office environment, ideally as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A naturally discreet, trustworthy and professional manner
- The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a varied workload
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career as an Executive Assistant
Experience We're Looking For
We're open to candidates with transferable experience, particularly those who have worked as:
- Executive Assistant
- Personal Assistant
- Talent Assistant
- Agent Assistant
- Production Assistant or Production Coordinator
- Office Manager with senior-level support responsibilities
