Executive Director of Funding, Planning & Performance
We are delighted to be working with East Coast College, a leading education-based organisation with a presence across several key strategic sites in Norfolk and Suffolk, to recruit an Executive Director of Funding, Planning & Performance. A progressive organisation with an ambitious growth agenda, they are fully committed to expanding their provision to provide exceptional education and training for school leavers, adults and employers, supporting the communities and employers they serve.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will be the strategic lead for funding, planning, admissions, examinations, management information systems and business intelligence. As a member of the senior leadership group, the postholder will ensure robust planning, funding optimisation, regulatory compliance and performance intelligence that supports strategic decision-making, financial sustainability and delivery of the college strategy. The role will champion the effective use of data and insight to drive continuous improvement, enhance the student and stakeholder experience, and ensure services are responsive to learner, employer and community needs.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic lead for funding, planning, admissions, examinations, management information systems, and business intelligence.
- Ensure robust planning, funding optimisation, regulatory compliance, and performance intelligence.
- Drive continuous improvement, enhance the student and stakeholder experience.
- Ensure services are responsive to learner, employer, and community needs.

Requirements:
- Significant experience of FE funding, curriculum planning, and performance management.
- Understanding of the sector's regulatory frameworks and accountability requirements.
- Ability to shape strategic advice to executive and governor boards.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond an organisation.
- Ability to shape strategic challenges through deliverable, workable solutions to today's ever-changing FE landscape.
