Job Description

Join Sky Business as an Executive PA, providing high-quality support to the Managing Director, Sky Business and the Director of Commercial and Marketing. You will also support the wider Senior Leadership Team and provide holiday cover for other Sky Business PAs. This is a varied, fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, so you will need confidence, sound judgement and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex inboxes and busy calendars, identify clashes or emerging issues, respond appropriately and direct complaints to the correct teams.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, on-site and off-site meetings, Director sessions and team volunteering activity.
  • Coordinate Senior Leadership Team calls and Senior Leadership Strategic Growth meetings, arrange away days, Town Halls and Commercial and Marketing offsites, including agendas, invitations, logistics, presentations, note-taking using approved AI tools and evening entertainment.
  • Maintain accurate operational oversight through Workday and other business systems, including absence and holiday information, monthly hybrid reports, system approvals, expenses and Divisional distribution lists.
  • Partner with other PAs, Finance, Internal Communications, Culture Champions and wider teams to manage the monthly travel and expense budget, communications and engagement plans, onboarding activity and bid documentation.
  • Support high-level Senior Leadership Team projects.
  • Act as an engagement ambassador for the Osterley team.
  • Other tasks as directed.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience providing Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant support in a fast-paced environment, with the confidence to work effectively with C-suite or senior executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage complex diaries, balance competing priorities and adapt to a changing daily agenda.
  • Clear, confident and assertive written and verbal communication skills, with the judgement to handle inboxes, meetings and sensitive interactions appropriately.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and flexible approach, with the ability to use your initiative, anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills, with a commitment to providing a high level of service to internal and external contacts.
  • Discretion and sound judgement, with an unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Desirable Skills And Experience

  • Experience arranging UK and international travel, senior meetings, events, hospitality or large team sessions.
  • Experience using Workday and business approval or expense systems such as Ariba, Concur, Spark or Financial Front Door.
  • Experience supporting budgets, expenses, reporting, presentations, onboarding or bid documentation.
  • Curiosity about the business and a willingness to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.

How you’ll work

The hybrid working expectation for this role is 3 days in the office per week but you may be required to be in the office more if the calendar determines it.

Osterley
