About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join a fast-paced creative production team for a 9-month maternity cover.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week working from our London office. Unfortunately, we cannot consider fully remote applications for this position.

This is a senior role for someone who knows how to turn ambitious creative ideas into brilliant, achievable productions and can keep people, budgets, timelines and clients moving in the right direction when things get busy.

This is not a broadcast production role. We're looking for someone with strong agency, branded content, advertising or creative production experience, who is comfortable working across multiple clients, fast-moving briefs and varied creative outputs.

Responsibilities

You'll lead projects from pre-production through production and post, acting as the senior production lead and key client contact. You'll also manage and mentor Producers across the team, work closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Services, and help continually improve how the team works.

You'll:

  • Own end-to-end production across live-action, animation and mixed-media projects, from initial creative concept through to final delivery.
  • Manage and mentor Senior Producers, Producers and Junior Producers, creating a supportive, accountable and high-performing team.
  • Partner with Creative & Strategy to turn ambitious ideas into smart, practical production plans.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, resources and workloads, spotting risks and opportunities early.
  • Build trusted client relationships, provide clear communication and navigate challenges calmly and confidently.
  • Bring production expertise to new business pitches, including feasibility, scoping, ballpark budgets and client presentations.
  • Develop workflows, documentation and best practice that make production smoother, smarter and more efficient.
  • Be the calm, solutions-focused person in the room when plans change, pressure builds or something needs fixing quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
