Executive & Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a superb Executive & Accounts Assistant to sit at the heart of a busy and growing small business.
There are 3 main aspects to the role:
- Executive support and assistant with personal support, diary management
- Accounts assistant owning basic bookkeeping, invoicing, client purchase orders, supplier payments, reconciliations
- Operations analysis and tracking the status of client contracts
We want someone pragmatic who is flexible from filing documents accurately through to client invoicing and operational analytical tasks and tracking. We'd like someone who takes the initiative the moment something doesn't look right. Enthusiastic, smart, responsive to feedback, and bringing positive energy to every interaction, including with clients, where a friendly, confident and professional manner is essential. Lots of scope to grow within the role and the business.

Must have the following:
- Proven experience in a some finance administration or invoice/PO processing role
- A genuine eye for detail - discrepancies get spotted and flagged, not missed
- Reasonable Excel skills - confident with formulas, formatting, checking data and maintaining accurate records
- A proactive and diligent mindset
- First-class written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising directly with some clients
- Highly organised, able to juggle invoicing, records, diaries and competing priorities

This is a fully on-site role based in Egham, Surrey.
Pay rate: £150 per day
Employment type: self-employed
