Role Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Ormskirk (2 days office based 3 days home based). This role supports senior leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of documents, presentations, and reports. The Executive Administrative Assistant manages phone calls, email correspondence, and visitor inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Organizing and maintaining records
- Handling clerical tasks
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Tracking action items

The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth office operations to support executive priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, documentation, filing, and general office operations.
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience to support senior leaders with high-level coordination, prioritization, and confidential tasks.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry and document management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in an energy, sustainability, or professional services environment is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business administration or a related field preferred.

Location: Hybrid – Home & Ormskirk Office (2–3 days per week)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £23,500
