The Role

Norven helps organisations decide what their AI systems should be allowed to do, using clear evidence and accountable human judgement. For a defined AI workflow, we examine what the system is configured to do, bring in qualified specialist judgement and produce a documented record. The customer uses it to decide whether to proceed, restrict or change the deployment.

We are an early-stage, founder-led company. We are pre-revenue and preparing our first paid design-partner engagements, with UK financial services an early focus. We are building a business designed to compound. Each engagement should make the next one faster, every customer change should create a reason to return, and over time Norven should become part of how customers release and change their AI systems.

You are looking for a senior executive to serve as advisor and mentor to the founders on pricing and commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will help us decide:

  • How to price and package our first paid engagement
  • How to keep software, specialist review and services distinct, and protect margin as we grow
  • What turns a first engagement into repeat and recurring revenue
  • Which commercial evidence should come before hiring and fundraising.

This is a strategic sounding-board role with direct access to the founders. There is no sales quota and no management responsibility.

You

You have held a C-suite role, such as CEO, President, CRO, CCO, or CFO, at an enterprise software or infrastructure business. You were there as it moved from early, bespoke customer work to recurring, embedded revenue. You personally shaped the pricing and commercial model through that transition.

You may now hold a portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles, and you enjoy helping founders get the important decisions right. We will also hear from senior commercial and pricing leaders whose track record speaks for itself.

Experience in enterprise data, security, identity, risk, or regulatory technology, or with regulated buyers, is particularly valuable.

The Engagement

The engagement runs for an initial three months, with fortnightly sessions with the founders and selective support around key buyer conversations. We will agree a fee before work begins. For the right person, there is a clear path to a deeper role and equity participation over time.

To Apply

Apply through LinkedIn. No cover letter is required. In a first conversation, we will ask about a business whose commercial model you helped build and one pricing decision you personally owned. Anonymised examples are welcome.

For a confidential conversation, email enquiries@norven.ai.
