Executive Assistant for Founder & CEO

We're on the hunt for a brilliantly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to power our Founder & CEO's day-to-day, someone who thrives on structure, moves fast, and juggles a dozen priorities without breaking a sweat.

Discretion isn't optional here, it's everything. You'll be trusted with sensitive information daily, so privacy and good judgement need to be second nature to you, not something you have to think twice about.

Beyond that, we want someone who brings energy to the role, good vibes only. You'll be the calm, sharp, positive force that keeps the CEO's time protected, his schedule running like clockwork, and his focus exactly where it needs to be.

If you love turning chaos into order and take genuine pride in being the person everyone can rely on, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Diary & Travel Management

  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and briefing notes
  • Arrange global travel, including flights, hotels, transport, visas, and itineraries

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening emails, calls, and requests
  • Maintain and organise confidential files, contracts, and records
  • Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking
  • Support strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met and actions are followed up
  • Coordinate with internal teams, board members, investors, and external stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
