EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - TEMP TO PERM
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 equivalent
Location: Halifax - 1 day working from home
Contract: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
This is initially a temporary position, with the intention for the role to become permanent for the right person. We are looking for an accomplished EA who is confident operating at CEO and Board level and can provide proactive, highly organised and discreet support in a fast-paced senior environment.
This is a varied and influential role where you will be trusted to manage competing priorities, coordinate senior-level meetings and travel, and ensure the CEO and Board have everything they need to operate effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive Executive Assistant support to the CEO and Board members
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and competing priorities
- Preparing and coordinating Board packs, ensuring information is accurate and distributed ahead of meetings
- Attending Board meetings and providing high-level administrative support
- Coordinating actions and follow-ups arising from senior meetings
- Managing executive travel arrangements and associated logistics
- Travelling approximately once per month to support key meetings and events
- Managing correspondence and preparing documentation on behalf of senior leaders
- Organising Board meetings, strategy sessions and other senior-level events
- Maintaining accurate and organised digital records using OneDrive and other systems
- Liaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across executive administration

What we're looking for
- Significant experience working as an Executive Assistant at CEO, C-suite or Board level
- Strong experience preparing and coordinating Board packs and Board meetings
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
- Experience managing complex travel arrangements and senior-level meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information
- Strong IT skills, including experience using OneDrive or similar cloud-based platforms
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements rather than simply react to them
