We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a purpose-driven organisation working at the forefront of racial equity, social innovation, and systems change, who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their CEO.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and emotionally intelligent EA who wants to become a trusted strategic partner to a CEO within a purpose-led organisation. You'll provide high-level executive support while coordinating priorities, communications, and key initiatives, helping to create the conditions for effective leadership in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office, 3 days WFH
  • Salary: £50,000–£55,000 DOE

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, C-suite executive, or senior leader
  • Experience within a start-up or similarly fast-paced, evolving environment would be advantageous
  • Exceptional diary management with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate the CEO's needs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • High levels of cultural and emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional discretion and confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience improving systems, processes, and ways of working
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and digital collaboration skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership and operate autonomously
  • A genuine interest in social innovation, systems change, and the organisation's wider purpose
