Job Location: LISBURN BT28 2LU

The Executive Assistant opportunity is a pivotal role within Lowe’s business. The successful candidate will provide proactive, high-level support to the CEO and CFO, expertly managing complex diaries, priorities and logistics while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of executive activities. This role requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and absolute discretion.

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and CFO and will:

  • Proactively manage the CEO and CFO’s schedules, diaries, meetings and priorities to maximise efficiency and effective use of time.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings and supporting logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute high-quality documentation, reports, meeting packs, presentations and briefing materials.
  • Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO and CFO, building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate executive needs, use sound judgement to resolve issues and handle highly sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, projects and other business priorities as required.

Qualifications

Candidates must also possess the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience supporting senior leaders or C-Suite executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, meetings and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, polished documents and presentations.
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
