Executive Assistant - Private Equity | Private Investments

Mayfair, London
£70,000 plus excellent benefits and a generous discretionary bonus

My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support a Partner and the wider Private Investments team within a high-quality, fast-paced environment.

The successful EA will provide seamless day-to-day support, managing competing priorities with discretion, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Previous experience within Financial Services is essential for this role.

The Executive Assistant Role

As a trusted member of the team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating high profile internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders and investors.
  • Arranging international travel, itineraries, and logistics in partnership with the firm's travel provider.
  • Preparing and coordinating investor presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Supporting fund documentation and maintaining key investment files and records.
  • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities remain on track.
  • Preparing expense reports and monitoring reimbursements.
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to keep calendars, contacts, and projects organised.
  • Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Skills & Attributes

  • Experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the confidence to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience using Concur or similar expense systems.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the wider team.
