Executive Assistant - Private Equity | Private Credit Team

Central London, Mayfair
Up to £85,000 plus excellent benefits and a generous discretionary bonus

My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and engaging Senior Executive Assistant to support the Head of Private Credit and the Senior Partner, based in Central London.

Supporting two senior leaders within the Private Credit team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business while working alongside a supportive and well connected EA team.

The team has a genuinely collaborative culture, with Executive Assistants working closely together, supporting one another to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

The Executive Assistant Role:

  • Managing complex and ever-changing internal and external meeting schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics from start to finish.
  • Completing monthly travel tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Planning and delivering events from conception through to execution.
  • Keeping Partners organised and on track by proactively managing schedules, priorities, and workflow.
  • Providing proactive inbox management, ensuring timely responses and effective prioritisation.
  • Assisting with the preparation of investor reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Organising and maintaining fund-related documentation, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Delivering comprehensive day-to-day senior administrative support to the Private Credit team.
  • Handling highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Preparing Concur expense reports and monitoring reimbursements.
  • Providing ongoing support to the wider Private Credit Executive Assistant team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • University degree or equivalent preferred
  • Must have experience in a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-energy setting
