About the Role and Company

Position

Team EA supporting a busy team with scheduling, travel arrangements, itineraries, expenses, meeting preparation, PowerPoint, and wider team support.

Salary

£50,000 to £55,000 plus generous bonus

Hybrid Setup

Fully office-based, 5 days per week

  • Supporting with ad hoc team requirements as needed

What Background and Experience Are They Looking For?

  • Previous experience as a Team EA, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar support role
  • Ideally seeking 4 to 8 years of experience within a professional corporate environment, but all applicants will be considered
  • Backgrounds from Financial Services, Investment Banking, Property, Professional Services, or similar sectors will all be considered
  • Strong experience managing diaries, travel, and expenses
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Positive, helpful, and can-do attitude, service-led individuals seeking to deliver excellence in their role
  • Intellectually curious with a genuine desire to learn
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting teams
