Executive Assistant | 1:1 to Senior Partner | London (Hybrid)
We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded US law firm that is looking to recruit a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner within a busy and fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys being at the heart of a successful business. You'll be responsible for providing high-level administrative and client-facing support, ensuring this Partner can focus on strategic priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
We're looking for someone who can anticipate needs, take ownership, build strong relationships and confidently manage multiple competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Arranging UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, external contacts and stakeholders
- Managing financial administration and BD activities
- Supporting with ad hoc operational requirements
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of PA/EA experience within an international or US law firm
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-sufficient and adaptable
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with AI tools
