Uncovered

Uncovered is an award-winning social-first creative agency that's redefining how brands create attention-grabbing content. From strategy through to production, we're fluent in the language of social - understanding the platforms, the culture and the audiences that shape them. Named Campaign's Social Media Agency of the Year in 2026, we're one of the UK's fastest-growing creative agencies.

Today, as part of LADbible Group, we combine independent creative thinking with unrivalled social insight to help brands earn attention and drive meaningful impact.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and trusted Executive Assistant to support our two founders and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be central to our operation - the person who makes leadership effective by expertly managing their time, priorities and day-to-day operations. You'll be a trusted partner, balancing strategic business support with occasional personal assistance while handling sensitive information with complete professionalism and discretion. You'll also provide ad hoc support to our wider Senior Leadership Team as needed.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving problems before they happen, and takes genuine pride in keeping everything organised and seamless.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage complex diaries for two founders (including one based in the US), coordinating meetings, appointments, international travel and logistics
  • Act as a gatekeeper—managing competing priorities and protecting the founders' time to focus on leading the agency
  • Proactively manage and organise email inboxes, prioritising correspondence and flagging urgent actions
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents and supporting materials; draft responses and coordinate follow-ups where needed
  • Process expenses and manage timesheet administration for the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Liaise confidently with clients, partners and internal teams on behalf of the founders
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and solve problems before they arise—keeping everything organised, accessible and running efficiently
  • Provide occasional personal assistance including appointments, bookings and ad hoc requests, always with discretion and professionalism
  • Support internal projects and operational initiatives—company kick-offs, events and wider operations team work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
