Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer
Provide proactive executive support to the Chief Commercial Officer and wider Commercial Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and strong coordination across the business. The role should improve productivity, anticipate needs, and help leverage AI and Microsoft tools to drive efficiency.
What you'll be doing...
Executive Support & Diary Management
- Complex diary management across multiple stakeholders
- Prioritisation of meetings based on business value and urgency
- Travel planning and logistics
- Preparation of agendas, briefing packs, and meeting materials
- Follow-up on actions and commitments from leadership meetings
- Inbox triage and prioritisation support
AI & Productivity Enablement
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools
- Use AI to prepare meeting briefs, summaries, and action tracking
- Identify opportunities to automate administrative tasks
- Support wider adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across the team
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Confident communicator with senior leaders, customers, and partners
- Draft professional communications on behalf of the CCO
- Act as a trusted point of contact across the organisation
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Team & Business Coordination
- Support Commercial Operating Board meetings and leadership forums
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and activities
- Track deadlines, actions, and business priorities
- Foster strong collaboration across teams

A little bit about you...
- Previous Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant experience
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Interest in media, advertising, Out-of-Home (OOH), and commercial businesses
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales or customer-focused environment
- Experience supporting leadership teams through change or transformation programmes
- Familiarity with project management tools and ways of working
Skills
- Exceptional diary and calendar management
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong Copilot / AI literacy or a demonstrable interest in AI productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- High level of discretion and professionalism
