Executive Assistant to Head of Legal & Head of Tax and Governance
Green Park | Investment Fund Management
12 month FTC to Perm
Up to £75k per annum + discretionary bonus, healthcare, 25 days' holiday, monthly social events, pension, season ticket loan and rewards scheme
Our client is a leading boutique investment fund manager with an established reputation for delivering bespoke investment solutions to its investors.
Based in contemporary offices in the heart of Green Park, the business is entering an exciting period of growth, with plans to double its AUM, making this a fantastic time to join the team.
They are looking for an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant who is polished, professional and genuinely passionate about the EA role.
Joining initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract, you will provide high-level support to the Head of Legal and Head of Tax & Governance, becoming a trusted and integral part of the team.
The Role
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of both functions. This would suit a highly organised, proactive EA who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating needs and working in a collaborative environment.

Executive Assistant:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level EA and administrative support to the Head of Legal, Tax & Governance.
- Manage a busy and constantly changing diary, coordinating meetings across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation, and ensure actions are followed up.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, external advisers and professional partners.
- Support the coordination of board, governance and committee meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting materials.
- Maintain confidential legal, tax and governance documents, records and filing systems.
- Track key deadlines, actions and deliverables, ensuring priorities remain on schedule.
- Coordinate and support a variety of projects across the Legal, Tax & Governance function, managing timelines, actions and key stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other documentation as required.
- Process expenses and invoices and provide general administrative support across the function.
- Proactively anticipate requirements and help ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the team.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

The Profile:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at senior level
- Proactive, professional, focused, driven, discreet, very organised, dynamic and autonomous, sense of responsibility.
- Ability to prioritise work and multi-task requests under pressure
- Tact and good judgement in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- EA experience within financial services, investment/asset management or professional services.
