We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-paced technology company based in Warrington, who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded EA who enjoys variety and wants to become a trusted right hand to a CEO. Alongside complex diary and executive support, you'll gain exposure to strategic projects, Board and governance activity, HR and office management, making this a broad role with real responsibility and impact.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, C-suite executive or senior leader
- Experience within a fast-paced environment, ideally within the technology sector
- Confident managing complex diaries, competing priorities and multiple workstreams
- Experience preparing Board and senior-level meeting materials, including agendas, papers, presentations and action logs
- Comfortable supporting projects across areas such as governance, risk, compliance and policy
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence liaising at all levels
- Experience or exposure to HR processes and office management would be advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong digital capability
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent judgement and discretion
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously
- A hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership and anticipate what is needed
