Executive Assistant to CEO

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a highly entrepreneurial CEO leading a growing and innovative business. Operating across multiple projects and stakeholder groups, the CEO requires an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide exceptional organisational support while acting as a trusted business partner.

This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially aware individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Managing detailed travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparing presentations, reports and briefing documents
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Monitoring actions, priorities and deadlines
  • Supporting project coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Organising events and executive engagements
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Providing ad hoc support on strategic business initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO, Founder or Senior Executive
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A confident, professional and discreet approach
  • Experience within a dynamic, entrepreneurial or growing business environment would be advantageous
