Executive Assistant to the CCO (6 month FTC)

Ever tried keeping a Chief Commercial Officer's diary watertight, a 700 person awards night on track & a company wide charity campaign moving, all in the same week? That's the pace we're offering our next Executive Assistant to the CCO. You'll join Lomond on a 6 month fixed term contract, based at our Head Office near Liverpool Street Station, working four days a week from the office and one from home, reporting directly to the CCO, on a salary of £50,000 FTE.

Lomond is one of the UK's largest and fastest growing property services groups, built through 80+ acquisitions. Growth at this pace only works with the right person holding the centre together, and that's what this role is about: giving our CCO and wider C-suite the support, structure & discretion they need to keep moving fast.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the CCO's diary, meetings & correspondence, adapting quickly as priorities shift across the C-suite
  • Own end to end delivery of executive events, from 30 person strategy offsites to our 700 person annual awards night
  • Prepare and format board papers, executive presentations & organisation charts to a consistently high standard
  • Act as company secretary for board meetings, keeping governance documentation accurate & on time
  • Lead fundraising for our partner charity, Centrepoint, coordinating activity across every region
  • Manage our Office Admin, and oversee day to day running of Head Office, including liaising with our landlord, Industrious Workspace
  • Handle approvals for purchase orders, invoices & costs, acting as the office's main point of knowledge

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
