Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product and Technology Officer.
This is a pivotal role providing high-level executive support to two members of our Executive Committee. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CMO and CTO, enabling them to operate effectively across complex priorities, international teams, stakeholders and multiple time zones.
This role requires sound judgment, discretion, exceptional organizational skills, operational rigor, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, international, and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support to London-based Executives
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CMO and CTO, including complex calendar and travel management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, Board interactions, and key stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, briefing materials, presentations and meeting documentation.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring optimal use of the CMO and CTO’s time.
- Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure seamless day-to-day support.
- Liaise with Executive Committee members, their respective EAs and teams globally.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, materials and follow-ups, ensuring actions and deadlines are tracked appropriately.
- Support the CMO and CTO in managing key internal and external relationships with professionalism and discretion.
Operational & Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, business travel, off-sites and events involving the CMO and CTO.
- Support the preparation and coordination of Executive Committee and Board-related activities as required.
- Manage expenses, purchase orders and other administrative processes with discipline and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality across sensitive business, organizational and people-related matters.
- Support cross-functional coordination across global Marketing and Technology teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local administrative requirements.
Profile, Experience, Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
- Experience working with CMO, CTO or other Executive Committee-level leaders is a strong asset.
- Experience in international, matrixed or fast-paced environments preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across different levels, functions and geographies.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and within an evolving global organization.
- Experience supporting senior leaders within luxury fashion, luxury retail, or other premium consumer brands would be a strong asset.
