Business & Private PA – Family Office
London | £55,000–£65,000 | Flexible Working | International Travel Required
We’re partnering with an established international family office to appoint an experienced Business & Private PA to provide dedicated support to a Principal whose interests span the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai.
This is a highly trusted and varied role combining business and private support, managing everything from a complex international diary and travel through to personal commitments, events, and day-to-day arrangements.
There is genuine flexibility around working location, with time split between remote working, the Principal’s London residence, and the London office depending on their schedule. There will also be times when international travel with the Principal is required, alongside some flexibility across UK, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai time zones.
The relationship is key. They’re looking for someone who can build trust, understand how the Principal operates, and increasingly anticipate what is needed before being asked.
The Role
- Provide dedicated business and private PA support to the Principal.
- Manage a busy and constantly evolving diary across international time zones.
- Coordinate complex global travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
- Travel internationally with the Principal when required.
- Coordinate business meetings, appointments, and professional commitments.
- Manage private appointments, reservations, social engagements, and personal arrangements.
- Plan and coordinate business and private events.
- Liaise with family office colleagues, advisers, household staff, and external contacts.
- Build strong relationships with hotels, travel providers, restaurants, and other suppliers.
- Handle personal administration and ad hoc requests with complete discretion.
- Anticipate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership of ensuring arrangements run seamlessly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
