About the Client:
Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and a strong sense of collaboration. They are looking for a personable and highly organised Executive Assistant to support in a growing division.
About the Role:
This is a truly exciting EA opportunity, supporting 2 Senior individuals and a wider team of up to 3. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Gatekeeping and managing ever-changing diaries
- Meeting scheduling and preparation
- Organising international travel
- Managing and processing expenses
- Ad hoc administration and other support-related responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys being a lynchpin within the business. Key attributes include:
- Experience in financial services, boutique firms, or investment/asset management essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude with a “no task too big or too small” approach
- A highly proactive approach, anticipating needs before they arise
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A natural problem solver with sharp attention to detail

Additional Information:
- Competitive salary depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
- Core hours are 8:30-5:30pm/9am – 6pm
- There is the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week but flexibility is required
- The role also comes with excellent benefits that include competitive holiday allowance and private healthcare
