Executive Assistant
3 Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Crawley Court (Hybrid)
£250-£275 per day via Umbrella
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two members of the Executive Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.
This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension and requires attendance onsite in Crawley Court 2 days per week, including Tuesdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary, inbox and calendar management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and meeting packs
- Supporting Executive and Leadership Team meetings
- Managing stakeholder communications across the business
- Organising workshops, events and executive meetings
- Tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up
- Processing expenses, invoices and approval requests
- Supporting governance processes and board-related activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working
- Providing occasional support across the wider Executive team when required

Requirements
- Significant experience supporting Executive or C-Suite leaders
- Previous Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant experience
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-moving environment

Desirable Experience
- Supporting CFOs, Finance Directors, CEOs or Executive Committee members
- Board and governance support experience
- Experience working within large corporate or complex organisational environments
- Exposure to SharePoint, electronic signature platforms and collaboration tools
