About the Role
Do you have deep experience supporting a very high-level executive? Are you known for keeping your cool under pressure? Then an Executive Support Professional position in Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) at The Walt Disney Company might be right for you.
Our Executive Support Professionals are highly respected and use their skills to keep the wheels turning so that our guests and customers can enjoy the legendary Disney Magic. You’d be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced team that does their part to bring smiles to millions and would learn about your industry from some of the most creative, resourceful people in the field.
In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting two Executive Directors (Project Management Exec & Creative Development Exec) on the Disney Cruise Line Portfolio and their WDI teams. You will utilize your strong interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining complete professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a 4-year fixed term contract and will require you to be onsite in our London Hammersmith office 4 days a week.

Walt Disney Imagineering – UK is expanding their project design & execution office in London to drive the development and execution of new projects for Disney Cruise Line. This is a great opportunity to be part of an organization supporting the efforts of building a team to deliver multiple projects.

What You Will Do
- Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling meetings requiring significant coordination and follow up, and ensuring timely and effective communications
- Prepare expense reports in Concur and ensure they are submitted in a timely manner
- Prepare for meetings including setup for large presentations/video conferences with multiple sites
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, and remote support of when executive is out of the office, considering time zones, weather delays, traffic and fatigue levels
- Interface directly with other senior executives, their support teams and external organizations – your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your job
- Review your leader’s schedule to build-in time for down time and traveling to their next meeting
- Understand the day’s priorities so you can be strategic about how you direct phone calls, adjust meetings, and help your leader prioritise activities
- Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information, remembering that Disney is a publicly traded company
- Provide additional office support such as ordering supplies, and processing purchase orders and approval processes
- Coordinate department off-sites and events as needed
- Assist with any special projects and other related duties as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience supporting an executive or equivalent experience
- Ability to showcase professionalism and business acumen while working on a high demand desk
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation preparation skills (Power Point, Keynote, Adobe suite)
- Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executive’s business
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Strong proficiency with software programs; Microsoft Office, Adobe suite etc.
- A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected
- Complete reliability handling confidential, often highly sensitive information
- Desire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go above and beyond without being asked
- Some flexibility in your schedule – we value work/life balance, but in a pinch, a bit more time is needed
- Very strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Experience in the architecture, design and construction industry
- Experience in a creative or design studio
