Experience required

• Active SC Clearance with experience working in secure, government or highly regulated environments.
• Extensive experience providing Executive Assistant or Private Office support to Directors, Executives or senior leadership teams.
• Expert management of complex diaries, inboxes, meetings and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support governance boards, leadership meetings and senior forums, including agendas, papers, actions and follow-up.
• Prepare and manage briefing packs, presentations, reports, correspondence and executive documentation.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and manage actions, decisions and commitments, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
• Handle sensitive and security-classified information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of government processes, governance and decision-making, ideally within Central Government or the wider Public Sector.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with experience supporting Digital, Data, Technology or Transformation functions desirable.
