⭐ HIGH-CALIBRE EA SUPPORT REQUIRED ⭐

2-3 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Based near Cambridge | Hybrid

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to step into a fast-paced, senior-level environment, with a primary focus on supporting the CEO.

This is an ideal short term contract for someone who is strategic, has high attention to detail and confident operating at C-Suite level - someone who can quickly get to grips with what needs doing and make it happen.

THE ROLE

  • ✈️ Complex Travel Management Managing of travel bookings, working with a dedicated travel provider.

  • 🎯 CEO & C-Suite Support Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, understanding the pace, discretion, judgement and high standards expected at this level.

  • 🧬 Biotech Experience - A Real Advantage Previous exposure to the biotech sector would be highly advantageous.

THE DETAILS

  • 📍 Location: Near Cambridge
  • 🏡 Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office / 3 days working from home
  • 📅 Contract: 2-3 month fixed-term assignment
  • 💷 Hourly rate: Negotiable
