An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a leading private equity firm, supporting a small investment team.

Working alongside an established team of Executive Assistants, you will provide seamless support in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organisation are key.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones.
  • Extensive international travel and itinerary management.
  • High-volume meeting coordination.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with Executive Assistants across global offices.
  • Supporting wider team projects and onboarding.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2-4 years' Executive Assistant or Team Assistant experience within a hedge fund, investment management, private equity, or another fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
  • Experience coordinating complex international travel.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • An interest in AI and technology to enhance productivity.
