An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a leading private equity firm, supporting a small investment team.
Working alongside an established team of Executive Assistants, you will provide seamless support in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organisation are key.
Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones.
- Extensive international travel and itinerary management.
- High-volume meeting coordination.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with Executive Assistants across global offices.
- Supporting wider team projects and onboarding.

We're looking for someone with:
- 2-4 years' Executive Assistant or Team Assistant experience within a hedge fund, investment management, private equity, or another fast-paced financial services environment.
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
- Experience coordinating complex international travel.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail.
- An interest in AI and technology to enhance productivity.
