Executive Assistant to MD
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be the MD's trusted right hand, helping maximise their time, focus and impact.
This is far more than diary management. You'll take ownership of the MD's calendar, inbox triage, meeting preparation and international travel, making informed decisions on their behalf and ensuring priorities are protected in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a complex MD calendar across multiple time zones.
- Triage correspondence and prioritise critical communications.
- Prepare meeting packs, track actions and ensure follow-through.
- Coordinate international travel and resolve disruptions proactively.
- Act as a gatekeeper, anticipating issues before they become urgent.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience supporting a MD or senior executive in a multinational business.
- Exercises sound judgement and can confidently make decisions independently.
- Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Communicates exceptionally well and can represent a leader professionally.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers results.
