Executive Assistant to Founder

Family Office & Growing Luxury Jewellery Business
Office-based Regents Park | Full-time

A highly successful entrepreneur is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support him across his private family office and a rapidly growing luxury jewellery business.

This is a pivotal, high-trust appointment for someone exceptionally switched-on, resourceful, and commercially aware. Working closely with the Founder, you will act as his right hand—bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, anticipating priorities, and ensuring that business and private matters are handled with pace, precision, and complete discretion.

The role is based in the office during normal business hours. However, the Founder operates internationally, so flexibility outside those hours is essential. From time-sensitive queries raised by factories in India to requests from senior stakeholders, there will be occasions when matters need a prompt evening or weekend response.

This is not a conventional 9-to-5 EA position. It will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of an ambitious entrepreneurial environment and takes pride in being highly responsive, dependable, and one step ahead.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an evolving and frequently changing diary across business, family-office, and personal commitments
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for senior stakeholders, advisers, suppliers, and business partners
  • Managing complex international travel, itineraries, accommodation, and last-minute changes
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring actions are followed through
  • Handling correspondence and responding on the Founder’s behalf where appropriate
  • Liaising with factories, suppliers, and partners across different time zones
  • Supporting projects across the family office and jewellery business
  • Monitoring priorities, identifying potential issues, and resolving them before they escalate
  • Managing sensitive personal and business information with absolute discretion
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc requests and ensuring every detail is handled properly
  • Building effective relationships across the Founder’s professional and personal network

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
