About the Role

London Devices is a fast-growing medical device start-up (currently in stealth mode), looking for a hands-on Executive Assistant to support the executive and leadership team day-to-day. You’ll get close-up exposure to how a start-up runs, including systems, HR, admin, and UK/US operations. It’s a structured, supervised learning opportunity, not just an admin job. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of graduate experience. You’ll report directly to the CEO, with regular check-ins and feedback built in, giving you the opportunity to develop skills that translate well into project management, operations, or broader leadership and founder roles as you progress in your career.

What you’ll do

  • Support the executive team in preparing board packs and materials, and coordinate distribution of board minutes
  • Help maintain investor materials such as pitch decks, reports, and updates
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel, itineraries, and shipping
  • Organise company events and manage general office administration
  • Maintain IT services, subscriptions, and support tools, and assist with CRM input
  • Support recruitment admin, onboarding, and day-to-day HR processes
  • Streamline financial payments for subscriptions and other admin
  • Support integration of UK and US operations
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and stock/inventory admin

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
