💼 Executive Assistant

📍 London (Hybrid 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote) | 💷 Competitive Daily Rate

🕒 ASAP Start | 6-Month Contract


We’re hiring! Join a leading global organisation within the insurance and financial services sector as an Executive Assistant, supporting the CFO and selected members of the International Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing global business and work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring executive priorities run smoothly while building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide proactive diary management for senior executives and leadership team members
  • Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation
  • Manage executive expenses through Concur or similar expense platforms
  • Support inbox management and prioritise key communications when required
  • Arrange meetings across multiple global locations and time zones
  • Support leadership meetings, team events and wider business activities
  • Prepare internal communications, including quarterly newsletters
  • Assist with onboarding activities and maintain organisational information

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA or similar role supporting senior leaders
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries and international travel
  • Experience using Concur or a similar expenses management system
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
