The Opportunity

- Provide support to 1 Managing Director, 1 Director and 3 Vice Presidents.
- Manage complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate extensive international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Organise meetings, manage expenses and provide high-level administrative support.
- Work alongside an established team of 7 Executive Assistants and 1 Receptionist.

About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders.
- Background within Private Equity, Investment Management, Banking, Financial Services or another fast-paced professional services environment.
- Exceptional diary management and scheduling skills.
- Strong experience coordinating complex international travel.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and competing demands.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Confident building relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Professional, polished and committed to delivering exceptional support.
