Are you an exceptional organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy being at the centre of the action, managing competing priorities and making life easier for senior leaders?
At WPS, we're looking for a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to our Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner to a key business leader, supporting strategic priorities, board activities and business-critical projects.
No two days are the same in this role, making it perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in delivering excellence, and enjoys building strong relationships across a dynamic organisation.
β¨ What You'll Be Doing
- π Managing a complex and demanding diary, coordinating meetings, travel and events
- βοΈ Organising business and personal travel arrangements, ensuring seamless planning and execution
- π Preparing meeting packs, agendas, presentations and briefing documents
- π Attending meetings, producing accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion
- π¨ Drafting, proofreading and managing correspondence, reports and business documentation
- β Proactively monitoring commitments, deadlines and key business priorities
- π€ Working closely with board members and senior stakeholders to provide exceptional support
- π Producing reports, research and information to support decision-making
- π Maintaining efficient electronic and paper filing systems
- π° Supporting with financial administration and record keeping where required
- π― Leading and delivering specific projects from initiation through to completion
- π‘ Continuously improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

π What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who can confidently operate at a senior level and who has:
- βοΈ Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior leadership
- βοΈ Outstanding organisational and planning skills
- βοΈ The ability to prioritise effectively in a busy and demanding environment
- βοΈ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- βοΈ Strong written and verbal communication skills
- βοΈ The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and board-level colleagues
- βοΈ A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- βοΈ High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- βοΈ Strong project coordination and follow-through capabilities
