📢 Executive Assistant – Newry – 30 Hours per Week
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join an established business based in Newry.
This is a varied and responsible role supporting the CEO and wider senior management team, and it goes well beyond traditional diary management.
The role will include:
- Managing the CEO’s diary, meetings, and priorities
- Coordinating travel and accommodation
- Preparing presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation
- Taking minutes and following up on actions
- Liaising with senior stakeholders
- Supporting financial and commercial administration
- Assisting with project costs, invoices, and documentation
- Managing filing and document control
- Supporting property administration and ad-hoc business projects

🕙 Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm

This would suit an experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrator who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with senior management, and being involved in the wider running of a business.
