Role: EA to the Exec Chairman
Location: North Leeds, LS17
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:15
Type: Permanent, Full time in the office
Salary: £38-45,000 per annum
Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment?
Have you previously provided business and private office support for an Executive who is an owner of/stakeholder in multiple businesses?
We are currently partnering with a successful UK manufacturing business with a growing global presence and ambitious plans for expansion to recruit a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Chairman and help drive efficiency at the highest level of the organisation.
Working alongside an established EA, you'll become a trusted partner to the Executive Chairman, providing seamless support across both business and personal affairs.
This is a rare opportunity to support a very high net worth individual. It's a varied and influential role that requires outstanding organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a complex and ever-changing executive diary, ensuring priorities are effectively aligned
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
- Organising executive meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and board papers
- Managing communications and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Producing high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence
- Supporting confidential private office matters, including liaison with relevant parties
- Working collaboratively with the existing EA to provide seamless executive support and coverage

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, directors, or business owners in an EA capacity
- Outstanding organisational and diary management skills
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and executive schedules
- A confident communicator who can build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
