12 Months (Extendable Contract) - Contract Position

Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, track actions and follow up on key decisions.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, reports, briefing papers and executive communications for the CEO and Leadership Team.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring effective planning, coordination and document management.
  • Track decisions and follow up on agreed actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in preparing briefing documents, reports and executive summaries.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in executive support, business coordination, project coordination or similar roles.
  • Preferably, familiarity with oil and gas/upstream industry.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and managing executive meetings, documentation and follow-up activities.
  • Strong experience in preparing presentations, reports and executive materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience in international and cross-functional environments is preferred.
