A leading global law firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Senior Partner on a 12-14 month maternity cover basis.
This is a high-profile role within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Senior Partner across their client and business responsibilities. The role will involve regular interaction with senior stakeholders across the firm, including Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and business support teams.
The role will include:
- Providing high-level 1:1 EA support to the Senior Partner
- Complex diary, meeting and time management
- Coordinating competing priorities and managing processes
- Supporting client-related matters and senior-level meetings
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports
- Taking accurate minutes and following up on actions
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients
- Handling highly confidential and sensitive information

About you:
- Previous experience supporting a Partner or senior executive within a professional services environment is essential; law firm experience is highly desirable
- Highly organised, proactive and confident working at senior level
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware, with good numeracy and literacy skills
- Comfortable managing processes and solving problems independently
- Discreet, adaptable and able to remain calm when priorities change
- Financial experience and iManage knowledge would be advantageous
