C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team Assistant to work in a Technology Investment Team role within financial services, paying £55,000 to £60,000, based in London, with 4 days per week in the office. Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities
- Providing proactive Team Assistant support to stakeholders within the Technology Investment Team
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Managing global travel arrangements and itineraries
- Processing expenses accurately and efficiently
- Supporting onboarding and team administration
- Building strong relationships with assistants and stakeholders globally
- Assisting with the smooth running of team operations
- Working collaboratively to provide cover and support across the wider assistant team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
- Minimum 3 years of assistant experience within financial services, asset management, investment management, private equity, consulting, or professional services
- Strong diary management and meeting coordination experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting busy teams in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
