Senior Executive Assistant | Central London | £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus & Bens - 5 days in office - Degree educated preferred alongside having relevant solid experience from within P.E. or similar SME Finance. Available to start ASAP.

A highly successful and growing investment firm is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team, with a primary focus on the Managing Partner. This is a varied, hands-on role combining traditional EA support with office management, events coordination, travel management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy being a key part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and inbox management for senior executives
  • Organising International and domestic travel coordination, including visitors
  • Meeting preparation, expenses, and administrative support
  • Office operations, facilities, and supplier management
  • Coordination of corporate events and investor meetings
  • Liaison with investors, business owners, and external stakeholders

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' Executive Assistant experience within financial or professional services
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-orientated
  • Professional, discreet, and confident communication skills
  • Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Degree educated preferred
