Executive Support Coordinator
Location: Birmingham or Market Harborough (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time - 35 hours (with an early Friday finish)
Department: Radiant Central Services
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Are you a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives on keeping people, projects and priorities on track? We're looking for an Executive Support Coordinator to provide strategic, operational and administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team, helping to drive business performance and ensure the smooth running of key activities across the organisation.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, coordinate business-wide initiatives and act as a trusted support partner across multiple areas of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the delivery and tracking of strategic objectives, business priorities and leadership initiatives
- Monitor progress against business plans, identifying risks, blockers and overdue actions
- Coordinate annual business planning and budgeting activities
- Maintain leadership action logs and ensure agreed actions are completed within required timescales
- Collate and consolidate management information for leadership reporting
- Coordinate business-wide communications relating to operational and strategic projects
- Support stakeholder engagement and colleague adoption of business initiatives
- Act as the first point of contact for general queries from front-line colleagues
- Prepare documentation and coordinate colleague 1-to-1s and appraisal processes
- Support the management and distribution of new business referrals from external lead providers
- Organise travel, accommodation, meetings and events for colleagues and Senior Leadership Team members
- Coordinate training events, company socials and wider business activities
- Support expense management, purchase order processing and contract administration
- Manage meeting minutes, actions and follow-up activities
- Support office facilities management, including office relocations, procurement and Health & Safety coordination
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve leadership effectiveness, operational efficiency and business processes
- Act as a trusted and confidential support partner to the Senior Leadership Team

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Support, Business Support or Operations Coordination role
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong administration and project coordination experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel and business activities
- Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business
