About the Role and Company

Position: Executive Assistant supporting two Managing Partners

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Hybrid Setup: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days working from home

Key Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant Position:

  • Complex diary and inbox management for two Managing Partners
  • Coordinating busy schedules, meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and client engagements
  • Managing stakeholder communication and acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external contacts
  • Coordinating travel, expenses, meeting logistics and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Supporting office management tasks including supplies, facilities and general office coordination
  • Assisting with HR administration and supporting onboarding activities where required
  • Working alongside the Operations and Marketing teams to coordinate events and company initiatives
  • Providing proactive support, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are managed effectively

What Background and Experience Are the Company Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant
  • Strong diary and inbox management experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional, polished and discreet approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful and eager to build a long-term career as an Executive Assistant
